The ‘No Equipment Necessary – At Home Fat Burning Exercise Routine’

I think the title gives it away, but this is an exercise routine I threw together that just about anyone can do from the comfort of their home. It includes 4 exercises with a variety of difficulty levels you can choose from. From there, you pick how long you rest and how many sets you do in total. The idea is to push your limits and you should aim to get up to 10 consecutive sets with minimal rest.

The routine is as follows:
Squat – 10 reps
Pushup – 10 reps
Mountain Climbers – 10 reps per leg
Towel Rows – 10 reps

Repeat 10 times with 30-60 seconds rest between sets, or if you’re really ambitious, do em all with no rest!
