Mark Wilson

First off, Welcome!

My name is Mark Wilson (if you haven’t already noticed) and I’m a 4th year BBAMM student at Kwantlen Polytechnic University.

I have been working full-time and completing my degree through night courses for 6 years now.
I’m in my final semester of the BBA in Marketing Management and very happy to finally ‘see the light’.
I am taking 4 courses, MRKT 3311, 4201, 4177, and 4330.

I have vast experience in sales & marketing, both within the private and public sector.

My life passion is in the Health & Fitness industry, followed closely by Travel.
Ideally I’d love to work in both industries, but haven’t figured out exactly how I’m going to swing that.

For now, once I complete my degree I am taking over the family business in the Travel Industry. We provide once in a lifetime travel opportunities for student group travellers around the world (or atleast that’s my elevator intro).
I am also working with my Practicum group on launching an online grocer. Think Costco, Price Mart, and Safeway combined into one online store with free delivery. That will take some time, but we’re in the works of getting it started.
Oh, and we’ll be selling wholesale meats in February to kick things off… better prices than Costco with the same quality as the Keg Steakhouse. Contact me if you’re interested or want more information 🙂
